To open a DBSVefx account, please refer to the following steps.

Step 1
COMPLETE these forms and PROVIDE the necessary documents

For Individual/ Joint Account Application Form

*Effective 01 Jan 2012, to safeguard your interests, DBSV will assess whether you, your Joint Account Holder (if any), and your Account Mandate (if any) meet the new requirements to trade Specified Investment Products (SIPs) before you can apply for a derivatives trading account. For Corporate Account Application

Corporate/ Financial Institutions Application Form

Supporting documents required:
1) Valid copy of NRIC or Passport
2) Original or certified true copy of Utility Bill or Bank Statement as proof of address (issued within the last 6 months)

For corporate accounts, please refer to page 1 of the corporate application for necessary documents.

Please note that proper verification for the application has to be obtained, refer to Page 1 of application for details.

Step 2
READ the General Trading Agreement and DBS Vickers Customer Online Terms and Conditions before signing.

SUBMISSION

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you are sending your application via fax or email, you would still be required to submit the original application and certified true copies of the supporting documents to DBS Vickers. To expedite the account application process, we will start to process the faxed or email scanned copies while waiting for the original documents.

Upon receipt of the original documents and approval of your account application, we will notify you and provide information on Remittance Instructions via email. Please do NOT remit the funds until your account application has been received and processed by DBS Vickers.
