The following terms and conditions shall apply to the Demo Account:

1. The demo ID and password will be issued by next business day
2. Your demo account is only valid for 14 days after which, all trading data, including the outstanding virtual money (if any) will be deleted.
3. Simulated conditions may differ from real conditions and traders should not necessarily expect the same results from live trading.
4. DBS Vickers shall at its absolute discretion be entitled to accept or reject any application for the Demo Account without giving any reason.
5. DBS Vickers may amend, vary, supplement, suspend or terminate the use of the Demo Account without notice at any time.
6. DBS Vickers shall not in any event be liable to any user of the Demo Account for any damages as may be suffered by such user. The Demo Account is the property of DBS Vickers.
